The surgery will be closed on the following dates:

• PCN Shutdown 11th February - CLOSED 1-6pm 
• Good Friday April 3rd - CLOSED ALL DAY
• Easter Monday April 6th - CLOSED ALL DAY
• Staff traning April 28th - CLOSED 1-3pm
• Early May Bank Holiday May 4th - CLOSED ALL DAY
• PCN Shutdown 14th May - CLOSED 1-6pm
• May Day May 25th - CLOSED ALL DAY
• Staff traning 18th August - CLOSED 1-3pm 
• Bank Holiday August 31st - CLOSED ALL DAY
• PCN Shutdown 8th September - 1-6pm
• Staff traning 15th December - CLOSED 1-3pm 
• Christmas Day December 25th - CLOSED ALL DAY
• Boxing Day (substitute day) December 28th - CLOSED ALL DAY

Please note this closure includes the dispensary, you will NOT be able to pick up prescriptions between these times.
