SURGERY CLOSURES COMING UP!

The surgery will be closed on the following dates:

• Staff training 2^nd December - 1-3pm 
• PCN Shutdown 11th February 2026 - Times to be confirmed 
• PCN Shutdown 14th May 2026 - Times to be confirmed 
• PCN Shutdown 8th September 2026 - Times to be confirmed 

Please note this closure includes the dispensary, you will NOT be able to pick up prescriptions between these times.
