We aim to give a friendly and professional service to all our patients. We are always happy to receive and discuss any comments, suggestions or complaints you would like to make. They can be given in at reception, sent to the practice by post or you may use the form at the bottom of this page. The practice find these comments helpful and will discuss them with the Patient Participation Group and practice team, to help us improve the service we provide. However, if you have any concerns or complaints about any aspect of our service, please let us know. Speak to whom ever you feel most comfortable - your GP, our practice manager or our reception staff will be happy to help. This will not change the care you receive from us and may help us to improve our services.
